2025 Awards
2025 Real Leaders Impact Award
The 2025 Real Leaders Impact Award was given to Abacus Wealth Partners on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
This award is given by the same company that awarded the 2024 Real Leaders of Impact Investing Award (March 26, 2024), the 2024 Real Leaders Impact Award (Oct 24, 2023), and the 2023 Real Leaders Impact Award (Sept 15, 2022).

Methodology:
The Top Impact Companies rank for-profit, privately owned companies based on their 3-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), 2023 gross annual revenue, and I.M.P.A.C.T metrics.
Winners are ranked by total score and then are sorted by industry in the magazine. In addition to the overall award, there are also 6 additional award categories your company can win.
I.M.P.A.C.T metrics are defined by Top Impact Companies as:
Intention – Mission statement is intentional and clearly communicated
Model – Models are innovative to grow business
People – Attract and retain like-minded employees who value your mission.
Accountability – Transparency with clients
Collaboration – Assessment of collaborations through the year
Transformation – Fastest growth during a difficult period of time from 2020 to 2023.

Methodology: The professionals featured in these pages did not pay to be included. Their profiles were drawn from nomination materials submitted to the Los Angeles Business Journal. Those selected for inclusion were reviewed by the editorial department. The professionals were chosen based on a demonstration of impact made on the profession and on the Los Angeles community.

Methodology: In July 2024, InvestmentNews invited financial advice and wealth management professionals across the country to nominate their most exceptional young talent for the inaugural Rising Stars list.
Nominees had to be aged 40 or under (as of November 30, 2024) and be committed to a career in wealth management, with a clear passion for the industry. Nominees were asked about their current role, key achievements, and career goals, as well as the contributions they’ve made to shaping the industry. Recommendations from managers and senior industry professionals were also taken into account. The Rising Stars were determined by an independent panel of industry leaders.
